William “Bill” C. Bloor, born April 1, 1943, in Trenton, New Jersey, passed away on September 12, 2026, in Trenton. A cherished member of his community and a devoted family man, Bill will be remembered for his warmth, kindness, and enthusiasm for life.

Bill graduated from Robert Morris High School in 1961. He later enlisted in the U.S. Navy and served from 1964 to 1968 aboard the USS Nicholas in the Pacific theater during the Vietnam era. He received an honorable discharge for his service. After returning home, Bill enjoyed a long career as a certified land surveyor.

He especially enjoyed day trips to Cape May, Longwood Gardens, and Seaside Heights, where he could appreciate nature and the company of friends. From summertime visits to Wildwood, New Jersey, in his youth to winters spent in Florida later in life, Bill’s love of travel and new experiences remained a defining part of who he was.

Above all, Bill cherished his family. He is survived by his nephews, Roy and Ryan Bloor; his niece, Bernadette Ryan; and many great-nieces and great-nephews, who will remember him with deep fondness and affection.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Dorothy Bloor, and his brother, Roy Bloor. Bill’s legacy will live on through his family and friends and in the many lives touched by his kindness and joyful spirit.
