Susan (Baier) Bannon

Fairless Hills, PA

Susan (Baier) Bannon, age 65 of Fairless Hills, PA, passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 4, 2020 surrounded by the love of her family.

Born in Philadelphia, Sue was raised in Trevose, PA, and lived in Fairless Hills for the past 41 years.

Susan was a proud graduate of Bensalem High School, where she was a cheerleader.    She had been employed as a hall aid at Pennsbury High School and more recently, as a floral designer with Flowers by Jennie Lynne where she was able to spend her days doing what she loved, making floral arrangements.  Her greatest joy was family, being a mother and grandmom.  She took great joy in tending to her garden, making crafts and making every holiday special for the family.

Daughter of the late Michael and Mary (Schellman) Baier, wife of the late Bruce Bannon, and sister-in-law of the late Leon Szymkowiak and Bob Seely, she is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law Michelle and Joseph Bockin III and Kimberly and Samuel Gigliotti, all of Yardley, two sons and daughters-in-law Timothy and Carrie Bannon and Stephen and Stacey Bannon, all of Yardley, a brother and sister-in-law Michael and Mary Ellen Baier of Cornwells Heights, PA, two sisters and a brother-in-law Merry Seely and Tina and Ken Radley, all of Warminster, thirteen grandchildren, Joey, Sam, Armani, Sophie, Abby, Maddie, Caleb, Eli, Trotter, Miller, James, Bruce and Jake, and many nieces and nephews.

Her services and committal in Washington Crossing National Cemetery will be held privately, at the convenience of the family, entrusted to the care of the J. Allen Hooper Funeral Chapel, Morrisville, PA.
