Pamela Wright Benavidez, age 70 of Levittown, PA, passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 26, 2021 at Jefferson Bucks Hospital, Langhorne, PA after a brief but valiant fight against pancreatic cancer.
Born in Trenton, NJ, Pamela was a livelong Levittown resident. Prior to her retirement, she was employed as a medical assistant for many years. Her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren. Additionally, she loved cooking, baking, shopping on weekends with her best friend of greater than 50 years, Lois (especially thrift shops) and going to concerts. She enjoyed listening to smooth jazz and was an avid lover of all animals, especially cats.
Daughter of the late Thomas Gordon and Rosalyn Elaine (Wright) Seltzer, and sister of the late Jeffrey Thomas Seltzer, she is survived by two daughters Tracy L. Bracey and Danielle C. Seaberg, both of Levittown, PA; a sister Shawna Lee Seltzer of Levittown; five grandchildren, Nicole and John Bracey, Olivia Seaberg, and Colin and Ryan Minnes; two great grandchildren, Avianna and Ava Bracey; a nephew J.T. Seltzer; a niece Erin Seltzer and her special, lifelong friend Lois Vasvilla.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service on Thursday, Sept. 2, 2021 at 11 AM at the J. Allen Hooper Funeral Chapel, 41 W. Trenton Ave., Morrisville, PA 19067. The Rev. Towanda Connelly, Pastor of the Morrisville United Methodist Church, will officiate.
Her interment will follow in Morrisville Cemetery.
Friends may call Thursday from 10-11 AM at the funeral chapel.
