Lillian Stintsman, age 84 of Levittown, PA passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 26, 2023 at Jefferson Bucks Hospital in Langhorne. Born in Dublin, PA, Lillian resided in Levittown for the past 60 years.
Prior to her retirement, Mrs. Stintsman was employed with the Bristol Township School District as a school bus driver for 41 years, and with the Giant Supermarket in Yardley for 30 years. She was a member of the Deborah Hospital Foundation – Delaware Valley Chapter. Lillian enjoyed playing Bingo and Bonko with the girls, but most of all, loved being a fantastic grandmother.
Daughter of the late John and Anna (Dorn) Mathias, wife of the late Thomas Stintsman, mother of the late Kenneth Stintsman, and sister of the late Jake and John Mathias, Rosie Funk, Mary Labs and Kate Horger, she is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law Thomas and Katherine Stintsman of Levittown and Richard and Kelly Stintsman of Morrisville, three sisters and brothers-in-law Ann and Ken Texter of Perkasie, PA, Marty and Ron Sames of Richlandtown, PA and Helen and Ed Kutt of Pennsburg, PA, twelve grandchildren Tomika, Thomas, Ashley, Anthony, Gavin, Angel, Jaelyn, Aviana, Juliana, Anthony, Matthew and Kaitlyn and several nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Saturday, September 2, 2023 from 11 AM – 1 PM at the J. Allen Hooper Funeral Chapel, 41 W. Trenton Ave., Morrisville, PA 19067.
There will be no services, and her burial will be held privately in Morrisville Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions, in her name, be made to the Deborah Heart and Lung Hospital, (www.demanddeborah.org).
