Obituary

Lee Roy Cutlip, age 79 of Levittown, PA passed away suddenly August 14, 2022, at his home. Born and raised in early life in BelAir, MD, he moved to Morrisville, PA where he lived in the 1950s and stayed in surrounding areas through 1960’s before serving proudly in the US Army as a Ranger.  After his service, he took roots in Levittown, PA in 1964 to marry and start his family.

Lee was a hardworking man, who worked for US Steel and retired after 30 years. During this time, he also took up Carpentry and used his skills to earn extra income to provide for his family.  He also had a CDL license and used it throughout his life to earn extra income as well. Lee enjoyed spending time with his late in-laws Jacob and Caroline Schell and family.  Lee and Jacob enjoyed hunting together in his early years and Lee enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson during his retired years, as well as going to the Langhorne Rod and Gun Club where he was a long-time member.

Son of the late Alfred Leo and Margaret Ann (Rudd) Cutlip; brother of the late Margie Ann Cutlip and Gary Alfred Cutlip; Father of the late Lee Roy Cutlip, Jr., Mr. Cutlip is survived by his former wife Nora Irene Cutlip; his loving daughters, Laurie Ann Cutlip and her partner Dean Lekas, Leigh Ann DiRenzo, Lynnette Marie Cutlip, and Kristen Lee and her husband Frank Michael Raymond, all from Levittown; Brother Michael Leo and his wife Sherry Ann Cutlip of Accident, MD; Grandchildren, Joshua and his wife Lauren, Mark, Toni, Nickolette, Samantha, Nicolette, Joseph, Zachary, Hailey, Frankie and Mileena; as well as his great-grandchildren Everleigh, Tannin, Brantley, Bobby, Briel, Colton; and several nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral services Thursday, August 25, 2022 at the J. Allen Hooper Funeral Chapel, 41 West Trenton Avenue, Morrisville, PA 19067. Calling hours are 11AM-1PM with service following and his committal to rest at Resurrection Cemetery in Bensalem, PA.
