Kathleen R. (Weight) VanGulick

Kathleen R. VanGulick, 71, of Yardley, PA passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family.

Kathleen was born in Altoona, PA on October 9, 1949. She was raised in Altoona before moving to Fairless Hills, PA and settled into Yardley, PA for 53 years.

She was a graduate of Bishop Cornwell high school and worked at Bucks County Bank and Lenox China in Langhorne for many years. In her free time, she loved to go to the beach and the boardwalk, camping, going to Atlantic City to gamble and go to shows, she loved going to Disney world and her favorite snack was a kit-kat bar.

Mrs. VanGulick is predeceased by her parents, Earl and Grace Weight. She is survived by her loving husband, John Van Gulick; her two sons, Bill (Christine) Vangulick of Levittown, PA and Bryan VanGulick of Yardley; siblings, Michael (Chrissy) Weight of Langhorne, Joseph (Sarah) Weight of Levittown, Patty (Jim) Quigley of Levittown, Tom and Michelle Weight of Savannah, GA; six grandchildren, Erica VanGulick, Ayden VanGulick, Nikolas VanGulick, Bryanna VanGulick, Samantha Ziegenhofer, Amanda Culin; eight great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to her memorial service on Saturday, September 11, 2021 at 3:30 PM at the J. Allen Hooper Funeral Chapel.

Calling hours will be held 2:30 to 3:30 PM on Saturday, September 11, 2021 at the J. Allen Hooper Funeral Chapel.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Kathleen’s name can be made to the Bucks County Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired (http://www.bucksblind.org/) or Langhorne Dialysis (http://www.americanrenalbuckscounty.com/facilities/langhorne-dialysis-center/)
