Joseph Fabiano, Jr.

Joseph Fabiano, Jr., age 73 of Yardley, PA passed away on Friday, Dec. 25, 2020 at The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. Born in Pittsburgh, PA, Joe lived in Fallsington, PA before moving to Yardley 35 years ago.

Joe was a well-respected barber since 1969. He was a proud owner of multiple businesses with his children Jeffrey, Shannon, and Michael including Flirt Beauty and Joseph-Jeffrey’s Hair Salon and Color studio in Yardley. Joe was also a master barber at The Barber Shop by Bearded Soldier in Richboro and Levittown. Cutting hair was his passion. A proud U.S. Air Force Veteran who served in Da Nang, Vietnam. He enjoyed going on family vacations at the beach and swimming in his pool with his grandchildren. Joe highly valued the importance of spending Sunday dinners with his family and relaxed by waking his little dog, “Luna”.

Son of the late Joseph and Columbia (Bisegnia) Fabiano, he is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Barbara Ann “Bobbie” (Caruso) Fabiano, his two sons Jeffrey (Nicholas) of Philadelphia and Michael (Simona) of Newtown, daughter Shannon Gaffin (Craig) of Morrisville, his brother-in-law Ray (Maria) Caruso of Pittsburgh, two brothers Jack (Marlene) Fabiano of Fairless Hills and Ronald (Jeannie) Fabiano of Ohio, a sister Patricia Fabiano of Pittsburgh, six grandchildren, Bobbi Ann (Ryan) Crescenzo, Ty and Joey Gaffin, Melina, Michael, Jr. and Marcello Fabiano, and several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. One of his proudest honors was officiating his granddaughter Bobbi’s wedding to Ryan.

His services and interment in Washington Crossing National Cemetery, with military honors, will be held privately, entrusted to the care of the J. Allen Hooper Funeral Chapel, Morrisville, PA.
