Henrietta "Henny" Marie (Scott) Hansberry

Henrietta “Henny” Marie Hansberry, age 72 of Morrisville, PA passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 29, 2023 at Jefferson Bucks Hospital, Langhorne, PA.  Born in Philadelphia, Henny lived in Bensalem, then moved to New Port Richey, FL for 7 years before moving to Morrisville 20 years ago with her beloved husband Harry.

Mrs. Hansberry was an owner of Anthony’s IV Pizza in Morrisville for 17 years with her son.   She enjoyed talking with her customers and staff and being The Boss.    In her spare time, she loved playing the slots at the casinos (winning a “few bucks”), playing bingo and joking around with her grandchildren.  She was also a breast cancer survivor of many years and never let life get her down.   She always believed in never holding a grudge and to think positive.

Daughter of the late Anthony and Mary (McDevitt) Scott,  wife of the late Harry A. Hansberry, Sr.,  sister of the late Michael Scott and Lavenia Camarano, she is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Harry and Heather Hansberry of Morrisville, PA, a sister Sheila Smith of Vineland, NJ, a brother and sister-in-law Christopher and Terri Scott of Newfield, NJ, a sister-in-law Linda Scott of Orlando, FL, two grandchildren Haley Hansberry and Harry Hansberry with his girlfriend Jess and many nieces and nephews.

A celebration of Henny’s life will be held at a later date.
