Gladys P. (Wilbert) Campbell

Fairless Hills, PA

Gladys P. Campbell, age 95 of Fairless Hills, PA passed away peacefully in the Arms of Jesus on Sunday, January 31, 2021 at Attleboro Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Langhorne, PA.  Gladys was born in Barnegat, NJ and lived in the Ewing Township, NJ area for 25 years raising her 4 children; than in Morrisville, PA for 33 years prior to moving to Fairless Hills 10 years ago.

Prior to her retirement, Mrs. Campbell was employed with Heinemann Electric in Trenton for 25 years, then with Hibbert Printing Company in Trenton for 15 years.  Gladys was a member of the Fallsington United Methodist Church, a 34 year member of the Morrisville Senior Center and enjoyed going to the casinos and traveling to Florida and Arizona, as well as bowling.  She was also a longtime volunteer with Meals on Wheels.

Daughter of the late George and Anna Bell (Penn) Wilbert, wife of the late Charles Ernest Campbell, mother of the late Charles Edward Campbell and Catherine M. Graves, and grandmother of the late Carla Poissant.  She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Lawrence E. (Sharon Migoni) Campbell of New Philadelphia, OH, a daughter and son-in-law Christine and Terry Ritter of Fairless Hills, a sister Margaret McCormick of Cedar Run, NJ, nine grandchildren Rebecca, Barry, Bradley, Larry, Lori, Nancy, Andy, Stacy and Shannon, and many nieces and nephews.

Her services will be held privately, at the convenience of the family, entrusted to the care of the J. Allen Hooper Funeral Chapel, Morrisville, PA.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Mrs. Campbell's name may be made to Woodside Meals on Wheels, 1382 Newtown-Langhorne Road, Newtown, PA  18940 ( www.woodsidemealsonwheels.org ).  The family would like to extend their appreciation and thanks to the staff at Attleboro Nursing Home.
