Edgar John Lasky

Edgar John Lasky, age 82 of Levittown, PA passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 2, 2022 at his home in Levittown.  Born in Trenton, NJ, Mr. Lasky lived in Morrisville before moving to Levittown in 1971.

Prior to his retirement, he was employed with Bell Telephone/Verizon for over 30 years.  Edgar was a proud Veteran of the U.S. Navy, a member of the Morrisville Presbyterian Church, the Verizon Pioneers Club, the Communication Workers of America, and the N.R.A.  A collector of insulators, he enjoyed hunting, fishing and playing online video games.  Additionally, he was a huge fan of the Philadelphia Flyers.

Son of the late Alex and Rosella (Rymond) Lasky, he is survived by his loving wife Doris (Clawges) Lasky, his faithful dog Abby, a son in Levittown, a daughter in Yardley, a sister and brother-in-law Susan and Paul Lamach of Maine, two grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral service at 1 PM on Monday, August 15, 2022 at the J. Allen Hooper Funeral Chapel, Morrisville, PA  19067, followed by his interment with military honors at Washington Crossing National Cemetery, 830 Highland Rd., Newtown, PA  18940.

Friends may call from 12 Noon – 1 PM at the funeral chapel.
