Trudy Walderon

April 19, 1941 — October 31, 2019

Levittown, PA

Trudy Walderon, age 78 of Levittown, PA, passed away peacefully into the arms of her Lord on Thursday, Oct. 31, 2019, surrounded by her loving family.  She was born in Newtown, PA, and lived in Levittown for the past 62 years.

Trudy was a member of Calvary Full Gospel Church in Fairless Hills.  She enjoyed crocheting and knitting, loved her plush stuffed animals, was an avid Phillies fan, and had fun bowling in the church bowling league.  Like most people, she also enjoyed her chocolate covered cherries and peppermint patties.

Daughter of the late Antonio and Beatrice (West) Boccardo, mother of the late Kathy Pinkerton and Lynda Walderon and sister of the late Robert Boccardo, Trudy is survived by her loving husband Vernon C. Walderon, her children Vernon Jr. and Linda Walderon of Washington State, Dale A. Walderon of Florida, Sherry Gillie of Hatfield, PA, Debbie and Chuck Weber of Monmouth Junction, NJ, Denise and Glen Polster of Levittown and Matt Walderon of Mechanicsburg, PA.  She also leaves to cherish her memory 14 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service at 11 AM on Tuesday, Nov. 5, 2019 at the Calvary Full Gospel Church, 676 Lincoln Highway, Fairless Hills, PA  19030.  The Rev. David Farina, Pastor, will officiate.

Friends may call Monday evening from 6-8 PM at the J. Allen Hooper Funeral Chapel, 41 W. Trenton Ave., Morrisville, PA, and on Tuesday from 10 - 11 AM at the church.

Her committal service will be held at 10 AM on Wednesday, Nov. 6, 2019 at Washington Crossing National Cemetery, 830 Highland Ave., Newtown, PA  18940.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions, in Trudy's name, be made to the American Diabetes Assn., www.diabetes.org .
