Timothy Lee Miserendino, age 63 of Yardley, PA passed away suddenly on Friday, May 17, 2024 at his home. Born in Morristown, NJ, Tim was raised in Sterling, NJ and lived in Lawrenceville, NJ before moving to Yardley twenty years ago.
Mr. Miserendino was employed as a Senior Market Construction Representative with P.S.E.& G. in Bordentown and Newark for thirty five years. He was also a proud Veteran of the U.S. Navy and Navy Reserves. Tim was a parishioner of St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church and a member of Knowles-Doyle American Legion Post #317 in Yardley. Among his many interests, Tim enjoyed hiking and walking, was an avid reader and taking care of his houseplants. He enjoyed cooking, especially the Peruvian food that he grew to love. Tim was fond of drinking nice wines and listening to Phil Collins and the Roling Stones. He liked to write short poems and was a huge sports fan, rooting for the Eagles and Phillies. Tim had a passion for art and greatly enjoyed going to art museums in different cities. Impressionist art was the style that gave him the greatest joy.
Son of the late Ronald Miserendino and Monica (Perkins) Schindler, he is survived by his loving wife of 14 years Maria “Mary” E. (Villafuerte) Miserendino, his son Christopher, brothers and sisters Catherine (Gary) Gollhofer of TX, Patricia (Matt) Olearczyk of N.C., Christina (Martin) Kramer of S.C., Mark (Marnie) Miserendino of AZ, Alyssa Miserendino (Conor Tighe) if IL, Chase Miserendino of WI, and Brooke (Joseph) Sambolin of WI, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral service at 11 AM on Saturday, May 25, 2024 at the J. Allen Hooper Funeral Chapel, 41 W. Trenton Ave., Morrisville, PA. His interment will be held at a later date in Washington Crossing National Cemetery.
Friends may call Saturday morning from 10-11 AM at the funeral chapel.
