Patricia C. Walbridge (cunningham)

Patricia Cunningham Walbridge, age 77 of Royersford, PA and Long Neck DE, wife of the late Rev. Alan D. Walbridge, Sr., formerly of Fallsington, PA, passed away on February 25, 2013 at Doylestown Hospital. She was born in Lancaster, PA in 1935 of the late Paul and Katherine Ernst Cunningham.Patricia graduated from the Episcopal Hospital School of Nursing and served as a volunteer for 55 years in many church, civic, school and masonic organizations.She was the mother in law of the late Dee (Termine) Walbridge, grandmother of the late Alan D. Walbridge III, and sister of the late Lois Laba.Patricia is survived by five children, Patricia L. Walbridge of Feasterville, PA, Alan D. Walbridge, Jr. of San Diego, CA, Norman J. Walbridge (Lisa) of Morrisville, PA, Judith R. Walbridge of Long Neck, DE, and Bryan A. Walbridge (Karen) of Royersford, PA, grandchildren Paul Walbridge, Krista Gruber, Kara Weekly (Matthew), Jacob and Mary Walbridge, Caitlin, Erin and Kerry Baeder, and Matthew and Abbie Walbridge. She is also survived by four great grandchildren, Emelie, Lillie, Brandon, and Joshua. Her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren were the absolute joys of her life.She is also survived by her sister Joanne Daniels of Boothwyn, PA and two brothers, James Cunningham (Marjorie) and Dr. Paul Cunningham (Ruth) both from Lancaster, PA, and many more nieces, nephews, and cousins whom she loved very much.Relatives and friends are invited to attend her memorial service at 12:30 PM on Sunday, March 3, 2013 at the J. Allen Hooper Funeral Chapel, 41 W. Trenton Ave., Morrisville, PA. The Rev. James Johnson of All Saints Anglican Church in Lancaster will officiate. Interment will be held privately at the convenience of the family.Friends may call Sunday from 10 AM until time of services at the funeral chapel.In lieu of flowers, Pat has asked that memorial donations be made to the Valley Forge Military Academy and College, Regimental Band Fund, 1001 Eagle Road, Wayne, PA 19087.
