He was involved in various community activities and took great pride in interacting with his children.Pre-deceased by his father Edward Nix, he is survived by his mother Dorothy; his loving wife Loretta and two adoring children Tyler and Abigail; as well as one brother Robert Nix and his sister Karen Nix Lee.Family and friends may call at the J. Trenton Ave. Morrisville, PA 19067 on Monday July 24, 2017 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM, and Tuesday July 25, 2017 from 9:30 to 10:30 AM, followed by an 11:00 AM Mass of Christian Burial officiated by the Rev. Father John Eckert at the Holy Trinity RC Church, 201 N. Pennsylvania Ave. Morrisville, PA 19067. Interment to follow at the Holy Trinity Cemetery, River Road, Yardley, PA 19067.In lieu of flowers donations may be made at the time of the funeral to the Nix children
