Mary Agnes (Hammer) Klabbatz
April 28, 1944 — February 28, 2019
Mary Agnes Klabbatz, age 74, of Morrisville, PA, passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 28, 2019 at her home with her family by her side.
Mary was born in Rahway NJ on April 28th, 1944 to the late Alfred A. Hammer and Agnes Kozlik Hammer. She grew up in Trenton NJ and was a 1962 graduate of Trenton High School and furthered her education with a Masters Degree in Education from Trenton State College. Prior to her retirement, she was employed as a school teacher in the Trenton School District for 33 years.
Mary enjoyed gardening and collecting dolls and sports memorabilia. Most of all, she enjoyed helping her students and other people she knew.
Survivers include two children, Terry K. Braddy and husband Kenneth of Belhaven NC, Lisa K Clendaniel and partner, Kevin O’Conlon of Maple Shade, NJ, nine grandchildren, Elton Braddy and wife Malicia, Heather Clendaniel, Stephanie Braddy, Renae Braddy, James Braddy and wife Kaitlyn, Melissa Clendaniel, Sean Clendaniel, Kellianne O’Conlon and Kenny O’Conlon, brother Leon Hammer and wife Barbara of York PA, sister in law Patricia Hammer of Robbinsville NJ, two nephews Brian and Daniel Hammer.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and her brother Alfred Hammer
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Mass at 11 AM on Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at Holy Trinity Church, 201 N. Pennsylvania Ave., Morrisville, PA 19067. Her interment will be held privately.
Friends may call Monday evening from 7-9 PM at the J. Allen Hooper Funeral Chapel, 41 W. Trenton Avenue, Morrisville, PA 19067.
