Mark J. Meyers

Mark J. Meyers, age 53, of Yardley, PA, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, November 13, 2013 at Hahnemann University Hospital, Philadelphia, PA. Born in Trenton, Mark was a lifelong Morrisville resident prior to moving to Yardley two years ago. Mark worked as a mechanic all his life. Cars were his passion. He was the past President of the Drastic Measures Car Club. He enjoyed going to car shows and restoring vehicles. He very much enjoyed spending time with his granddaughters.Mark is survived by his loving wife, Lisa A. (Slotterbeck) Meyers, his children Christopher (Jillian) Carey of Little Egg Harbor, NJ, Anthony Carey (Cheyenne) of Little Egg Harbor, NJ, Aimee Meyers (Shaun) of Levittown, and Kyleigh Meyers of Yardley, parents Charles R. and Ann J. (Houston) Meyers, His siblings Richard Meyers of Morrisville, David Meyers of Florida, Philip (Christine) Meyers of Morrisville, Alan Meyers of Morrisville, and Sandra Harley of North Pole, Alaska. He was proud grandfather of Aurora, Emily, Gwendolyn, and Sophia. Along with numerous nieces and nephews.Relatives and friends are invited to attend his life celebration on Tuesday, November 19, 2013 at 12 Noon at the J. Allen Hooper Funeral Chapel, 41 W. Trenton Ave., Morrisville, PA.
