Maria Margaret Tiroly

Maria Margaret Tiroly, born on June 7, 1995, in Neptune, NJ, passed away suddenly on May 4, 2025, at her home in Yardley, PA. Maria was known for her intelligence and artistic talents. She excelled at drawing and painting and was also a trained pianist, avid reader, and a poet, with several of her works appearing in literary publications.

Maria was an outstanding student at Pennsbury High School, and went on to obtain her B.A. in Psychology from Scranton University. She enjoyed being outdoors, and relished hiking with family members on weekends. She also enjoyed crafts such as knitting, crocheting, and loved to cook and bake. Her musical listening tastes included alternative rock, her favorites being iconic bands such as Nirvana, Linkin Park, and Guns 'N Roses.

Maria persevered through the many challenges that came from battling mental illness, and now rests in peace, free from the fight that she endured for so long. Her legacy is one of showing strength and courage when facing great odds in life.

Maria is survived by her loving parents, John W. Tiroly and Jennifer (Brown) Tiroly of Yardley, PA; her maternal grandparents, Paul Brown and Sandra Sedam; her paternal grandmother, Nancy Tiroly; her brothers, Matthew I. Tiroly of Yardley, PA, and Joseph J. Tiroly of Yardley, PA; her brother and sister-in-law, Luke E. Tiroly and Leah Tiroly of San Diego, CA; her sister and brother-in-law, Kirsten N. Kleintz and Jake Kleintz of Hammonton, NJ; and her cherished nephew, Justin Tiroly.

A visitation for Maria will be held on May 12, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the J. Allen Hooper Funeral Chapel and Cremation Services located at 41 W. Trenton Ave., Morrisville, PA. Following the visitation, a Celebration of Life will take place from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
