Lillian Taylor

Lillian Taylor, age 94 of Fallsington, PA, died peacefully on Saturday, March 9, 2024 at her home, surrounded by her loving family.  Born in Philadelphia, Lillian had been a lifelong resident of Fallsington.

Mrs. Taylor was employed by the Pennsbury School District, working in the cafeteria of Pennwood Middle School for 19 years.  She was a long-time member of the Ladies Auxiliary of Falls Township Fire Company #1.   Lillian enjoyed sewing, cooking and reading, but most of all spending time with the grandkids and great grandkids.

Daughter of the late Charles Paul and Fanny (Steinberg) Sterling and wife of the late George F. Taylor, Sr., she is survived by a daughter and son-in-law Susan S. and George J. McCleary of Fallsington, two sons and a daughter-in-law George F., Jr. and Cindy Taylor of Coopersburg, PA and Gerry F. Taylor of Fallsington, six grandchildren Joshua Taylor, Jennifer Walsh, Lindsay Harkins, Ashley Salyer, and Rachael and Katherine McCleary, eleven great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service to be held on Saturday, March 16, 2024 at 11 AM at the J. Allen Hooper Funeral Chapel, 41 W. Trenton Ave., Morrisville, PA  19067.   Her interment will follow in Newtown Cemetery.

Friends may call on Saturday from 10 – 11 AM at the funeral chapel.
