Judith Mervin

September 9, 1941 — November 7, 2017

Judith Mervin (nee Brous), of Levittown, passed away on Tuesday November 7th Surrounded by her family.
Judith was born September 9th 1941 in Philadelphia to George and Ellen Brous and was a graduate of Neshaminy High School and Abington School of Nursing. Judith married her soul mate Jim on November 6th 1965. She worked as a Registered Nurse in several different venues before settling into life as a Mom. Later in life she rejoined the workforce and was employed by Woods Services in Langhorne, Pa until her retirement In May of 2013.
Judith loved to travel, and enjoyed crafting with her dear friends, although her greatest love and source of pride was her family.
Judith is survived by her husband of 52 years James Mervin, her three children Craig Mervin, Jill Willis (Terrence), and Douglas Mervin. Her sister Georgia Brous. Her three beloved Grandchildren Taylor Chendel-Skye Willis, Sterling Willis, and Tobiah Willis, as well as her Grands of the heart who although not related by blood where held very dear to her; Carolann Vaserberg, Andrew Mitchell, and Spencer French, and many loved and cherished extended family.
Family and friends are invited to join us for a Celebration of Judith's life to be held on Friday November 17th 2017 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.at Harriman United Methodist Church, 1700 Wilson Ave, Bristol, PA 19007.
In lieu of flowers donations in honor of Judith maybe made to the Bucks County Down Syndrome Interest Group, 1770 Freier Rd, Quakertown, PA 18851 (Pay Pal address BCDSIG21@gmail.com) and would be greatly appreciated.
