Joyce L. Becker (clements)

Joyce L. Becker of Levittown, PA, passed into eternal rest on Friday, February 8, 2013 in her home, surrounded by her family. She was 76 years old.Born in Long Island, NY, Joyce was the beloved daughter of Monford and Tessie Clements. The family moved to Levittown when Joyce was a teenager. She graduated from Pennsbury High School and was employed as a title clerk for Harbison Ford for over 30 years.Joyce always had a soft spot for animals, reruns of old sitcoms on TV Land, and Dancing with the Stars. She will always be remembered for her quiet dignified demeanor and the love and generosity she showered on friends and family.Joyce was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Richard H. Becker, her son Richard C. Becker and her daughter-in-law Elaine E. Becker. She will be deeply missed by her devoted son and care giver Mark, her daughter-in-law Diane, her 5 grandchildren Sarah, Mark, Cassandra, Samantha and Katie and her special buddy Jax.The family would like to thank all the staff from Holy Redeemer Hospice and Support at Home, especially Mary, Cheryl, Dennis, Marybeth, and Cathy for their dedicated and gentle care over these past few months.Services and interment in Newtown Cemetery will be held privately at the convenience of the family.In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to Holy Redeemer Hospice, 12655 Townsend Road, Suite 400, Philadelphia, PA 19154.
