Joseph L Stella

Joseph L. Stella, 57, passed away peacefully on September 11, 2018 in his home. He was born to the late James and Cornelia (Hanson) Stella on October 22, 1960 in Clearfield, PA. He graduated from Clearfield High School. Joseph moved to Levittown and had been a long time Lower Bucks County resident. He was self-employed and was educated and trained as a diesel mechanic in the Pittsburgh area. In his spare time, Joseph was very talented at working on small engines and cars and was known to be able to fix anything. He was loved and respected by the people for whom he did landscaping. Joseph liked to go to flea markets and the casinos, especially the Parx Casino. He loved his two pets, a small cat named Till and a Rottweiler named Massive Fergusion (Ferg).

He was predeceased by his brother Edward Stella and niece Ashley Graves. Joseph leaves to cherish his memory his siblings, Patricia Lyons (John), Mary Lou Graves (Robert) and William E. Stella (Dr. Marta Rita Jimenez) and several cousins, nieces, a nephew and two great-nieces and dear Aunt Annabelle Evans. He will be missed by many neighbors and friends, especially Michael and Linda Poga, and Ron and Andrea Sherman.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his memorial service at 11 AM on Saturday, Sept. 29, 2018 at the J. Allen Hooper Funeral Chapel, 41 W. Trenton Ave., Morrisville, PA  19067.  His interment will be held privately at the convenience of the family.

Friends may call that day from 10 - 11 AM at the funeral chapel.
