John J. Luberto, 76, of Yardley, PA, died on Saturday, July 18, 2020 at his home.
Born in Pittston, PA, John has been a Lower Bucks resident for the past 43 years, having formerly lived in Hamilton, NJ for 31 years.
He was a graduate of Hamilton High School West, Class of 1962. John had briefly attended the University of Delaware before spending the majority of his career in the construction industry. Most notably, he had worked over 20 years at Agabiti's Construction Company before becoming a Superintendent at Danella, Inc. for 20 years. During this time, he completed a Certificate Program in Project Management through Villanova University.
A devoted husband, father, brother and grandfather, John always put his family first. In his free time, he loved traveling, especially to the beach. He also enjoyed bicycling along the canal and down the shore, bowling, watching sports, and working outdoors and around the house. He had a love for jazz and classical music.
Son of the late Patrick and Angeline Luberto, he is survived by his sister, Marie Luberto of East Windsor, NJ and his brother, Donald Luberto of Hamilton, NJ.
Mr. Luberto is the beloved husband of 31 years to Patricia Luberto (Everett). He is the loving father of his dear children and their spouses, Jennifer Monroe and her husband Michael of Sinking Spring, PA and Janessa Price and her husband Nicholas of Richmond, VA. He is also survived by two grandchildren, Hayleigh and Michael Monroe, his Aunt, and cousins. He will be deeply missed by all.
There will be a Memorial Mass celebrated at St. Ignatius Roman Catholic Church, 999 Reading Ave., Yardley, PA on Friday, July 24, 2020 at 11 AM, with a calling hour at the church prior to the Mass. (10-11 AM). His interment will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery in Hamilton, NJ.
