Jennifer M. (McHale) Hellmann

Jennifer Marie Hellmann (nee McHale) passed away on Sunday, February 17, 2019. She was 63 years old. Jennifer was born on April 12, 1955 to James and Beatrice McHale. Jennifer was raised in the Kenwood section of Levittown, PA, with one sister, Jeannette. She graduated from Temple University with a B.A. in Marketing and married fellow Temple alumnus William (Bill) Hellmann in 1979. Together, Bill and Jennifer had three children: Eric, Amy, and Joshua. Jennifer spent the majority of her adult life in Morrisville, PA, where she worked at various retail stores, including Wrangler Ranch and Macro, and served as a secretary for her husband’s accounting firm, Complete Tax & Accounting. Jennifer enjoyed being a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, where she met many wonderful people over the years. Jennifer was preceded in death by her parents, James and Beatrice McHale, and her sister, Jeannette Vitale. She will be missed by her husband, Bill Hellmann, her children, Eric & Josh Hellmann and Amy Byers, and her son-in-law, Malcolm Byers. Jennifer will also be missed by her brothers-in-law, John Hellmann III and Rob Hellmann, sister-in-law Bonita Hellmann, nephews John Hellmann IV and Matthew & Christopher Heayn, nieces Christina & Melissa Hellmann, and her long-time caregiver, Gaye. Cremation services were private. A memorial Mass will be held on Friday, February 22, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Morrisville, PA, where friends may gather beginning at 1:30 p.m.  In lieu of flowers, contributions in Jennifer’s name may be sent to the National Ataxia Foundation (https://ataxia.org/.)
