James E. Rose, Sr., age 88 of Fairless Hills, PA passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 29, 2021 at Lower Bucks Hospital, Bristol, PA.
Born in Bristol, James lived in Morrisville, PA before moving to Fairless Hills over 20 years ago. Prior to his retirement, he was employed with Warner Company for over 36 years, both as a heavy equipment operator and a tugboat operator and diver. He enjoyed the mountains, hunting and fishing, and collecting all kinds of cars and trucks, both sparking new and fixing up the older ones.
Son of the late Elwood and Marion (Egge) Rose, he is survived by his daughter Sharon Rose of Ewing, NJ, his son James Rose, Jr. (Debbie) of Levittown, two grandchildren, Shawn and Melissa Rose, a nephew John Storms, and a longtime companion Barbara Pollock.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his graveside service at 11 AM on Friday, May 28, 2021 at Morrisville Cemetery, S. Pennsylvania Ave and Anderson Ave., Morrisville, PA 19067.
