Gary William Veil

Gary William Veil, age 72 of Morrisville, PA passed away on Saturday, Nov. 23, 2019 at his home.  Born in Philadelphia, Mr. Veil lived in Charlotte, NC for 25 years before moving to Morrisville a year and a half ago.

Prior to his retirement he was employed by Rohm & Haas in Philadelphia.  Gary was a proud Veteran of the U.S. Army.  He was a member of the Lutheran Church of the Resurrection in Morrisville.  Mr. Veil was a HUGE baseball fan, often watching several games in a day.  Along with his wife, he loved traveling, especially enjoying their trips to Lancaster.

Son of the late Paul Eugene and Edna Blanche (Jackson) Veil, he was the devoted husband, for 53 years, of Barbara L. (Jeslinek) Veil, and loving father of two sons and a daughter-in-law Karl and Kelly Veil of Morrisville and Earl Veil of San Diego, CA, brother to Kenneth Veil of Scottsdale, AZ, and grandfather of Ashley.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his memorial service at 2 PM on Saturday, Nov. 30, 2019 at the Lutheran Church of the Resurrection, 1700 Makefield Rd., Yardley, PA  19067. The Rev. Kristina Ahlman, Pastor, will officiate.  A reception at the church will follow the service.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations in Gary's name be made to the Lutheran Church of the Resurrection at the above address.
