Bruce Barcalow

Bruce A. Barcalow YARDLEY, PA- Bruce A. Barcalow, 80, passed away Wednesday, July 12, 2017 in his home. Born in Trenton, he was the son of Frank and Reba Barcalow. Bruce resided in Yardley. He attended Trenton High School and Trenton State College. He served in the US Army. Known for his warmth and thoughtfulness, Bruce worked until his passing as a sales consultant with Coleman Automotive, where he has been a much loved presence for the last 25 years. He loved fishing, gardening, photography, reading, golf and was a black belt in Shotokan karate. Bruce was the beloved husband of the late Susan (Backes). He is survived by his son and daughter, Scott Barcalow (Emily) and Christy Pomager (Jim); his brother, Dean Barcalow (Audrey); his four grandchildren; his sisters-in-law, Nancy Walsh and Joy Backes; as well as nephews, nieces and wonderful neighbors. Visitation with family will be on Monday, July 24, 11:00am-12:00pm at J. Allen Hooper Funeral Chapel, 41 W Trenton Ave., Morrisville, PA. A service will immediately follow at the chapel.
