Brooklyn Manderson, a vibrant soul whose light burned ever bright, was born on July 12, 1999, in Bristol, Pennsylvania. She brought joy to many and warmth to those fortunate enough to know her. On May 30, 2025, Brooklyn departed this world, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts she touched.
Brooklyn was a beloved daughter, sister, and friend, known for her outgoing nature and artistic flair. As a dedicated pet groomer at PetSmart in Fairless Hills, she found immense joy in caring for animals, bringing out their best with her compassionate touch. Her love for her dog, Roxy, was a testament to her nurturing spirit, and their bond was a source of countless joyful moments.
A proud graduate of Pennsbury High School, Class of 2017, Brooklyn embraced life with both passion and creativity. She possessed a love for sketching, regularly transforming her thoughts and feelings into beautiful illustrations. Beyond her art, she indulged in the thrill of horror movies, often sharing her favorites with friends, creating delightful memories in the process. Brooklyn loved spending time at the beach, as well as taking trips with her family to Disney World and the Islands. Every day was an opportunity for Brooklyn to express her lively spirit, and she did so with a vibrancy that was contagious.
Brooklyn's life, though tragically cut short, will forever be celebrated by her loving family. She is survived by her father, Derrick Manderson; her step-mother, Erica Manderson; her step-father, Joe Bethman; her paternal grandmother, Christine Manderson; her step-grandparents, Julian and Maria Zawada; her brother, Cole Manderson; her sisters, Grace Manderson and Katrina Bethman; her Aunt Holly and Uncle Jeff Strittmatter, along with many other aunts, uncles, and cousins who cherished her deeply.
