Anna Mitos (hurley)

Anna "Sis" Mitos, age 87, of Morrisville, Pa, died Saturday, January 12, 2013 at St. Mary Medical Center, Middletown Township, PA. Born in Trenton, she lived in Morrisville the past 67 years.Prior to her retirement, she worked as an administrative secretary at General Motors in Trenton, then for Dr. Battista, and finally for the VFW in Trenton. She was the last living member of the Mary and Martha Aids of Holy Trinity Church. Anna was a volunteer at St. Mary Medical Center for many years. She was also a doe with the Fairless Hills Elks # 2023.Daughter of the late Joseph and Martha (Bergstrom) Hurley, wife of the late John M. Mitos, and sister of the late John "Mickey" Hurley, she is survived by 2 sons and a daughter in law, John J. Mitos of Morrisville, and James W. Mitos and Pamela Rice of West Windsor, NJ, a daughter and son in law Victoria Ann and Michael Barker of Morrisville, a brother and sister in law Joseph and Virginia Hurley of Trenton, NJ, seven grandchildren, Steven Mitos, Heather Romanek, Sean Barker, Jason Barker, Matt Jacob-Mitos, Erica Mitos, and Evan Mitos, seven great grandchildren and several nieces and one nephew.Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate her funeral mass at 11 AM on Saturday, January 19, 2013 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 201 N. Pennsylvania Ave., Morrisville, PA. Interment will follow in the parish cemetery.Friends may call Saturday morning from 9:30-10:30 at the J. Allen Hooper Funeral Chapel, 41 W.
